This clinic will provide legal services under the direction of full-time faculty to area residents. The space requirement is for 8,000 to 10,000+ net assignable SF. The owners must be willing to rehabilitate any space to meet the needs of the university and the law clinic.

The property must provide adequate space for a reception/waiting area; private office spaces for faculty and administrators; law student office spaces; interview rooms; library/conference room(s); file/storage space; handicapped accessible space and restrooms; staff break rooms; seminar and classrooms; adequate HVAC, electrical, and data utilities; and security system(s).The facade of the building must provide an appropriate appearance for a law clinic. The facility must have parking space provided or immediately adjacent to the building. Additional information is contained in the Request for Information available from the University.

Respondents must provide floor plans and mechanical, electrical,and data site drawings with their bid submittal. Information about the most recent history of tenants occupying the proposed space as well as any other tenants occupying space now and in the future in the same facility.
