A pre-proposal meeting & walk through for this RFP is scheduled for Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at 9:30 AM at NIU-Rockford (Auditorium), 8500 East State Street, Rockford, IL 61108. Please plan for approximately a 2-hour meeting. Attendance at this pre-proposal meeting & walk through is *required* for RFP consideration (i.e., vendors must attend this mandatory meeting to be considered for this RFP). Vendors, please read through the RFP document before attending the meeting to familiarize yourself with requirements and specifications. Vendors must sign-in at the meeting to document attendance.
