Purpose of this addendum #1 is to provide prospective bidders with a dial in conference call number, revised Section 1.4, and results from Section 1.5 Pre-submission conference. This addendum forms a part of the IFB documents and modifies the original IFB documents.

This sealed bid is designed to select the distributor to furnish and deliver fresh milk and other dairy products, freight included, (F.O.B.) Northern Illinois University in accordance with referenced specifications for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.

Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
