Project Description
Bids are requested for the renovation of the existing Cole Hall building, including removal and reconstruction of the first floor lobby; interior remodel of the entire existing first floor for new lecture hall, museum, and computer lab; new sprinkler system throughout; upgraded fire alarm system throughout; upgraded mechanical system throughout; upgraded electrical system (including audiovisual and communications) throughout. This bid will have separate awards and contracts given to multiple prime contractors.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Monday, December 13, 2010:

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit
There will be a pre-bid meeting for this project on December 1, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. local time at the Cole Hall main north entrance. Attendance is highly encouraged and all bidders are responsible for the information covered in the pre-bid meeting whether they attend or not.
A site visit will be required for this project.

The owner has provided the following dates and times in addition to the pre-bid meeting site visit as follows:

December 3, 2010 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Cole Hall.
December 7, 2010 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Cole Hall.

These additional site visit times will not include the verbal information provided at the pre-bid meeting. The owner will not provide a guided tour with engineers and architects on hand as they will at the pre-bid meeting.

Bidders who fail to visit the site will not be allowed to bid on this project.
