The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation is to procure travel services for the Northern Illinois University International Program Seminar 2017 for the Evening MBA Study Abroad Program. There are two travel options listed below. Services include lodging, airfare, land travel, coach arrangements, sightseeing tours, group meals, cancellation insurance and administrative services for approximately 10-25 participants. The focus of the trip will be on gaining an understanding of culture and business in Panama and Cuba or Costa Rica, Latin America, and globalization. This program will provide participants an opportunity through cultural visits and meetings with business leaders to develop insight into the cultural, social and political environments as well as the business practices of Latin America as well as individual countries visited.
