The increased monies are required to pay for "trunking" services offered by Frontier through 6/30/2011.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

NIU Telecommunications Services requires local communication services for phone and circuits for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
public utility service is regulated.
