The University awarded a contract for hotel lodging and meals.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which
immediate action was needed to prevent any disruption in University services.
NIU Intercollegiate Athletics requires lodging and meals for the football team, lodging for the band and cheerleaders, and lodging for a fan package for their participation in the International Bowl Game in Toronto, Canada, on January 2, 2010.
