Project Description
This project involves interior remodeling that includes minor reconfiguration, ceiling work, millwork, thin-set terrazzo installation, and new wall finishes. This work is primarily located in the main entrance area of the building and must be coordinated with previously scheduled events and facility access. In particular, the terrazzo scope of the project must be completed before the first week of January, 2008. All of this work will be done at NIU-Hoffman Estates, 5555 Trillium Boulevard, Hoffman Estates, IL.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Wednesday November 7, 2007:

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit
There is no pre-bid meeting required for this project. However, bidders must visit the site and indicate the site visit on the bid form. Bidders who fail to visit the site will not be allowed to bid on this project. For site visit information, contact Andy Mazur at 815-753-8875.
