Northern Illinois University is seeking a 10-year Indefeasible Right to Use (IRU) Agreement for two optical fibers that will originate from a handhole location at Lake and Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois, and terminate into 710 North Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, Illinois. NIU is also seeking pricing for 4 to 12 strands of fiber.
