The university seeks proposals to provide and install a 40' x 80' clear span tent that will be utilized throughout the year. The proposals will provide a turn-key installation including all HVAC equipment necessary for four-season use of the tent. The university will provide the concrete slab for the tent and all utilities necessary for the operation of the equipment. Proposals must include a schedule that indicates that all work will be completed by August 29, 2008.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
