Bids are requested for the replacement of the existing Built-Up Asphalt Roof membrane system including the removal and replacement of the entire existing roof membrane and all the appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. All work will be done at Holmes Student Center, Northern Illinois University, DeKalb Campus, DeKalb, Illinois.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 29, 2011:

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit
The required pre-bid meeting and site visit for this project will be Wednesday June 15, 2011 at 2:00 PM local time at the Physical Plant Building, Conference Room 112.
A site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting. All bidders must sign in for the pre-bid meeting and indicate the site visit on the bid form.
Bidders who fail to visit the site will not be allowed to bid on this project.
