The University awarded a contract for
air travel to the Poinsettia Bowl Game.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which
immediate action was needed to prevent any disruption in University services
NIU Athletics has a need for air travel for the football team and the marching band to attend the Poinsettia Bowl on December 19, 2006, in San Diego, CA. Pursuant to the contract between Air Planning and NIU the emergency order is hereby submitted.
