Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois wishes to purchase fresh meat and poultry to be delivered a minimum of two times per week to three separate locations on the Carbondale campus. Each brand on each of the aproximately thirty five itmes must have been previously tested prior
to an award. Awards will be made on an item by item basis based on low bid on the approved brands.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
