annual coal requirements
to
Phoenix Energy Resources LLC
for
an estimated $1,568,750.
This award is for the purchase and delivery of Circulating Fluidized Bed coal, and stoker coal, as well as the removal and disposal of coal ash for the period 7/1/02 through 6/30/03.
The contract includes transfer of both coals from the Pleasant Hill storage area to the steam plant.
The price includes the removal and disposal of CFB ash and stoker ash.Removal and disposal shall be in accordance with all state and federal EPA rules and regulations involving disposal of coal fired boiler waste.The vendor must provide all EPA permits to receive and store ash.
This is the second and last option for renewal of the contract initially awarded 8-01-00.
