for a spherical measurement system (Bid # C01562-0003M). Southern Illinois University Carbondale wishes to purchase (1) one each Spherical measurement system. The unit must have a full 360 degree scan area in both Theta and Phi, have a 40 pound AUT load capacity, contain counterweight and leveling foot kits, rotation stages for both Theta and Phi axes, 18 GHz rotary joints, motorized probe roll stage, scanner absorber kit, w/5" pyramidal cone, Pentium III based measurement workstation with 17" monitor, controller electronics and motor cables. The acceptable unit must also include an X-Band RF component kit including probe and 18 GHz RF cables (3 @ 15), and contain Spherican Antenna Measurement Software, with software interface to Agilent receivers. The successful bidder must provide on-sight installation and training for SIUC personnel. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
