Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking bids for 900 fiberglass bags for coal fired boilers. The items requested shall meet the following specifications:- Fiberglass bag
- 22 oz. Fil/Tex Fiberglass with acid resistant finish
- 6.25" diameter x 168.25" long
- +2.75" Sleeve top + Snapband top
- Disc Bottom with 3.5" GL059 wearstrip
- (2) Cases of Green Visolite compound, 20 lb, (4-1 gallon cans/case)
- (36) 40# bags of Neutralite
A contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder meeting specifications and conditions.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents.
Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
