for Strathmore bond paper and envelopes (Bid # C13387-0003M). Southern Illinois University is seeking bids for Strathmore recycled paper, and envelopes to meet the following specifications:

• Paper: Approximately 100,000 sheets recycled bright white writing wove, 20 lb., 22 x 34, to be released in increments of 100,000 sheets
• Envelopes: Approximately 1,000 (M) Recycled, writing wove, bright white
• 20 lb straight grain stock
• 25% cotton fiber
• Bias cut or executive style
• 4-1/8" x 9 1/2"
• Side open, diagonal seam, 500/box
• Released in increments of 1000 boxes.

The purchase order resulting from this request for quotation will be for the period 01 July 2002 through 30 June 2003.

Quantities are estimates only, and do not constitute a guarantee of material to be purchased throughout the term of the contract.

An award will be made to the lowest overall bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
