for an outdoor emergency generator (Bid # C210M). The unit being requested is a 275kw, 120/208 volt 3-phase, 4-wire diesel powered outdoor emergency standby generator. In addition, the University is seeking bids for one each 1000 amp, 120/208 volt 3-phase, 4-wire indoor automatic transfer switch.

An award will be made to the lowest overall bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
