for a micro measure measurement system (Bid # C23958-0001M). Southern Illinois University Carbondale wishes to purchase one Micro Measure 3D station to include:

  • Two translation stages, (X,Y) of 100 mm
  • One Translation state (7.) of 50 mm
  • One tilt platform
  • One mechanical structure
  • One stepper motor power supply cabinet
  • One PC based motion controller
  • One measuring gauge mounting assembly
  • One 2 x 2'' optical bench
  • One three-axis motion control joystick
  • Interconnecting wires
  • Micro measure driving and data acquisition software
  • Computer running Windows NT with latest specifications
  • CHR 150 sensor to include
  • One opto-electronic cabinet
  • One optical fiber (length=2meters)
  • System calibration with chosen gauge
  • One extra 50 watt halogen lamp
  • Users guide
  • Optical pens: Vertical gauge with a depth of field of: (1) 3mm, and (1) 10mm
  • One Offset Video camera for scan setup
  • One Mountains Universal (2D and 3D)software
A contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
