for window hauling vans. The University is requesting two each 3/4 ton and four each 1/2 ton window hauling vans to meet the specifications listed in the attached document. The University also offers several vehicles for trade-in consideration, which may be inspected on 1/04/05 between the hours of 9:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. at the SIUC Travel Service Facility.

Multiple awards may be made if deemed in the best interest of the University, and will be based on low bid meeting specifications and conditions per line item.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
