for police interceptor SUV's. The University is seeking bids for two new Model Year 2005 or 2006 Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge or University approved equal 4 x 4 police interceptor SUV's to include all equipment advertised as standard, and to meet the minimum specifications listed in the attached document.

The University also offers for trade-in allowance two 2003 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor vehicles, which may be inspected on Thursday June 9, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the SIUC Travel Service office.

An award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
