for police package SUVs. The University is seeking bids for two each new model year 2006 Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, or University approved equivalent Police Package 4 x 4 SUVs to include all equipment advertised as standard and to meet the specifications listed in the attached document.

Two model year 2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors are being offered for trade-in consideration, and may be inspected on August 31, 2005 at the SIUC Travel Service Office between the hours of 9:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. CDST (618-453-3357).

An award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
