The University is seeking bids for three 2-wheel drive 1/2 ton mini pickup trucks, three 1/2 ton 4 x 4 mini pickup trucks, one 1/2 ton mini pickup truck with extended cab, and one 1/2 ton mini pickup truck 4 x 4 crew cab. All vehicles should be new model year 2006 or 2007 Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, GMC, or University approved equal, and meet the specifications found in the attached document.
The University offers for trade-in consideration, five vehicles listed in the bid document. The vehicles may be inspected at the University Travel Service facility on August 22, 2006 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CDST.
An award will be made to the lowest overall bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
