The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University Carbondale hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the modular farrowing unit project.

Southern Illinois University is accepting bids to furnish all labor, material and equipment for the construction of a modular, 20-crate farrowing unit at the Swine Center. Work shall include all general, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.

An award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting the requirements and specifications identified in the bid documents.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, May 15, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
