The award is for ticket sales consignment for Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus to be held at Southern Illinois University Arena on April 13-15, 2006. The University is selling tickets via Ticketmaster; however SIU will only be reimbursed for its costs and relevent fees for the use of the Arena. The balance of net ticket sales will be paid to the event promoter.
