Residence Hall Dining has an on-going need through June 30, 2004 for cans, liters and bottles of carbonated soft drinks, juices and sports drinks. Deliveries must be completed by 2:00 PM Monday through Friday with a minimum of two days per week.
Two awards will be made based on low bid with the primary vendor receiving 60% and the secondary vendor receiving 40% of the estimated quantities in order to give the students a selection of product varieties.
Both vendors must supply one slide front refrigerated cooler to each of the six drop off locations at no charge to the University.
The University shall have the sole option of extending the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure for an additional one year period beginning July 1, 2004 contingent upon continuing need, availabity of funds, and satisfactory service from the vendor.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
