for carbonated beverage ingredients (Bid # J13341-0009M). Residence Hall Dining at Southern Illinois University Carbondale has an on-going need through June 30, 2004 for bag in the box carbonated beverage ingredients. Deliveries must be completed by 2:00 PM Monday through Friday with a minimum of two days per week. Vendor must supply necessary equipment at no charge to the University. The University shall have the sole option of extending the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure for an additional one year period beginning July 1, 2004 contingent upon continuing need, availabity of funds, and satisfactory service from the vendor.

An award will be based on overall low bid meeting specifications.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
