This was the low bid as specified. The alternates were not selected. The manufacturing process specified was a dye injection method while the alternates were dyed yarns.

Southern Illinois University Carbondale will be accepting bids to furnish and install approximately 2,800 square yards of carpeting for Schneider Hall floors 5-12. Work is to be completed between May 12, 2003 and July 18, 2003. Award will be based on low bid meeting specifications and requirements.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.
Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
