for drapes. Southern Illinois University Carbondale will be accepting bids to provide and install replacement drapes, blinds and hardware in Steagall, Pierce and Bowyer Halls at Thompson Point. Replacements to be done over the summer vacation May 10th - July 30th, 2004. An award will be made on an all or none basis to the bidder meeting specifications and requirements.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
