for carpet tile (Bid # J258M). This bid is to provide new carpet tile of various patterns. Installation will be done by SIU personnel. Carpet must be received by July 15, 2004. An award will be based on lowest bid meeting specifications found to be in the best interest of the University.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
