for dairy products. Residence Hall Dining and the Head Start Program at Southern Illinois University Carbondale have on-going needs for dairy products through June 30, 2005. Deliveries must be made to Residence Hall Dining between 5:45AM and 10:00AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The vendor must supply necessary equipment at no charge to the University.

The University shall have the sole option of extending the same terms and conditions for an additional one-year period beginning July 1, 2005 contingent upon continuing needs, availibility of funds, and satisfactory service from the vendor.

An award will be based on overall low bid meeting specifications.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
