for bottled water. This request is to provide Residence Hall Dining bottled water in various sizes as requested for delivery to seven locations through June 30, 2005.

The University will have the sole option to renew this contract for an additional one year period through June 30, 2006.

An award will be made on an all-or-none basis with low bid meeting specifications and requirements.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
