for carbonated soft drink mix - bag in the box. The University will purchase bag-in-the-box soda through June 30, 2006 with an option to renew for an additional year at the same pricing, terms, and conditions. An award will be based on an "All or None" basis with low bid meeting specifications and requirements that are in the best interest of the University.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
