The University is seeking to lease 3 Garmin equipped Piper Arrow aircraft for the Department of Aviation Flight and Management.
The University will be closed from December 24, 2016 through January 2, 2017, reopening on January 3, 2017. As stated in the IFB, questions concerning this bid need to be back to the University by December 22nd so we can post answers to them on December 23rd.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
