Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking an exemption for TV programming.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for programming and broadcast license rights for university-operated radio and television stations(30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(7)) The vendor is supplying TV programming for WSIU-TV and WUSI-TV.
