The preferred provider organization will be for the student health programs. The University will award a contract for a preferred provider organization (PPO) service offering the best solution for a comprehensive network of physicians, hospitals and other medical providers to serve students in the southern Illinois, metro Chicago, and St. Louis areas.

Submit 4 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
