Southern Illinois University Carbondale seeks proposals from qualified banking providers for the right to service the Student Center with a full-service banking operation and ATM services. SIU desires to provide convenient, high-quality, and cost-effective banking and ATM services to its students, faculty, staff, and other university guests and constituents.
