Southern Illinois University Carbondale requires several updates to its current HRMS and Payroll modules. Specifically, assistance in the transition from current front and back office processes in these areas to ones which utilize Oracle?s E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality. The modules that require implementation assistance are:
1)Oracle Approval Management Engine
2)Oracle EBS Time and Labor
3)Oracle EBS Absence Management.
Additionally, current practices will have to be assessed and modified to create the smooth transition for implementation of these modules. For instance, processes need to be recommended and implemented to begin, or more effectively utilize, EBS functionality, including (but not limited to) Supervisor Hierarchy, Manager Self-Service and Workflow, identifying manual and semi-automated procedures for collecting and maintaining data within EBS, removing redundant data collection, paper and waste.
A pre-submission conference will be held October 18, 2016 at 10:00 AM. The call in number is 888-590-9525, passcode 5880892. Please have the solicitation document available for reference purposes. Attendance is highly recommended.
