Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIU) is seeking proposals which will result in an agreement naming the proposer the exclusive agent of the University to license the use of the University's marks and logos in such a manner as to preserve the integrity, character and dignity and maintain the reputation of the marks and logos as designating high quality merchandise. The resultant agreement from the proposals shall generate income for Athletics in the form of royalties and rights fees, and in return the vendor shall have exclusive licensing rights for University marks and logos.
A pre-submission conference will be held November 16, 2016 at 10:00 AM. The call in number is 877-937-7966, passcode 1398794. Questions regarding technical requirements will not be answered during this call and should be submitted as directed in Section 1.4. This teleconference is to discuss State of Illinois requirements for submission of the solicitation only. Please have the solicitation document available for reference purposes. Attendance is highly recommended.
