The University Student Center is seeking Proposals from qualified firms (?Proposers?) to provide a fast food concept in the Student Center for the period beginning July 1, 2017, or the soonest date possible, and continuing through June 30, 2027 based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. However, the University reserves the right to consider evaluation of the attendees in the RFP evaluation. [During the site visit, coordinated by the University, each Proposer shall fully acquaint and familiarize itself with the conditions, as they currently exist and the character of the operation to be carried out under the resulting Contract.] Attendance is highly recommended.
