This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
vendor will provide portal developer level technical expertise and support. They are the only company with developer-level access to the portal and are responsible for maintaining the Illinois workNet applications, code, architecture, and programming changes, which have directly resulted in SIUC meeting its obligations under a grant to the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
