The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University (SIU) governing Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC), and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), is seeking qualified firms for consulting services to provide comprehensive services by 1) conducting space inventory; 2) calculating the University’s federally audited facilities and administration (F&A) rates; 3) developing and preparing the University’s federal F&A rate proposal; 4) developing and preparing a Fringe Benefit proposal, while developing a negotiation strategy; 5) negotiate the F&A rate and Fringe Benefit Rate and 6) defend the F&A and Fringe Benefit rate calculation as necessary.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is also seeking proposals from qualified firms for consulting services in preparing a daily billable rate for its National Corn to Ethanol Research Center (NCERC) to be used for charging a daily rate for the use of this facility for research activities in conjunction with its Analytical Lab Services, Pilot Plant and Workforce Training Services.
