The Paul Simon Public Policy Institute (“the Simon Institute”) at Southern Illinois University Carbondale seeks to hire a professional public opinion polling firm to conduct two opinion polls, a statewide survey in the fall of 2011 and a southern Illinois survey in the spring of 2012, on public policy, government and politics.
