Southern Illinois University has determined to allow vendors to utilize a toll free number in lieu of being present at the mandatory meeting for RFP #M1174M. Responses will be evaluated by only those persons attending in person or those who choose to utilize the toll free call in number. This pre-bid is mandatory. It is the proposer’s responsibility to continue checking the bulletin for all addendums and notices.

Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers/manufacturers for an electronic, radio controlled, Outdoor Warning Notification System as outlined in the attached documentation.
