for a programming origination system for digital television transmission. Southern Illinois University Carbondale is soliciting competitive bids for providing and installing a ATSC MPEG II master control system for ATSC Digital Television Transmission.

The award will be an all or none award based on the lowest bid meeting the specifications and meeting the required completion date, which is 90 days from the date of award. There is an indemnity bond and insurance certificate requirement.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
