The University will contract for a revenue agreement, which will provide convenient, quality, and cost effective Dermatology Services to the campus in the new Student Health Services Building. The contract also calls for up to $50,000 in estimated costs by the contractor to prepare a clinic site.

The University is seeking proposals for a five-year contract with two potential two-year renewals to provide dermatology services in cooperation with Student Health Programs in a new student health facility on the Carbondale campus.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting February 16, 2005 per the specifications in the proposal document. Only attendees at the pre-proposal meeting will be allowed to submit full proposals.
