Southern Illinois University Carbondale is accepting bids for the replacement of draperies in Neely Hall. Work will include removal and replacement of existing draperies from all dormitory rooms and removal of hardware from existing tracks. Existing tracks will remain for use with new draperies.
Southern Illinois University Carbondale Project Labor Agreement, General Conditions, and current Jackson County, Illinois prevailing wage shall all apply to this project.
