Southern Illinois University Carbondale is accepting bids for the printing of 60,000 Roadpieces, 11,000 Welcome packs and envelopes, 70,000 Inquiry books (two versions) and envelopes, and 500,000 Student Lifepiece and envelopes. Please read the entire solicitation package and submit your bid in accordance with the instructions. All forms and signature areas contained in the solicitation package must be completed in full and submitted along with any technical response and the pricing proposal, which combined will constitute the bid.
Please include your Illinois Procurement Gateway registration number. If you are not registered, it is highly recommended that you do so. You may register at https://ipg.vendorreg.com. You do not have to be registered at the time of the bid opening to be in compliance.
PLEASE NOTE: The Procurement office will be relocating to 900 S. Normal Avenue, Woody Hall, Room 449, Carbondale, IL 62901. If you will be sending your bid during the period of April 23rd-May 2nd, please contact Missy Carter at 618-453-5516 or at mcarter@siu.edu to confirm the delivery of your bid. If you are planning on attending the public bid opening and delivering your bid before 2:00, please give yourself plenty of time to locate parking for this new location.
