Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking an on premise, comprehensive academic advising software solution to support over 20,000 students and applicants. SIU Carbondale seeks to procure a full-suite solution to meet the Universityâs need for academic advising, degree audit and transfer articulation. The solution includes necessary support services for hardware sizing, installation, configuration, and integration (real time access to data and updates) with the existing Ellucian (Banner) Student Information System and Luminis portal, project management, functional setup, functional and technical training, and post go-live support and maintenance. The system will be utilized by the Carbondale campus along with Carbondaleâs satellite locations.

Submit 9 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
