The following information is required per Public Act 96-1064. There were no Business Enterprise Program goals established for this project. RFP Summary as follows: Cadmus $29,160(did not submit pricing for all specs), Integrated Book Technology $14,620(did not submit pricing for all specs), Sheridan Books $23,516, Thomson-Shore $25,220. Pricing for award is based on an estimated 40 new titles and 40 reprints. This award was not based solely on price factors.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

Southern Illinois University Carbondale is accepting proposals for the printing and binding of casebound and perfectbound books for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012. The University shall award this contract to a primary source and a secondary source, with the division of work to be determined semi-annually by the SIU Press.

Submit 6 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
